2025 Montville Lacrosse Registrations Now Open
Registration is open for the Girls and Boys 2025 Lacrosse season.
There are some changes that I did want to briefly announce as registrations begin. Putting a greater emphasis on skills and lacrosse IQ development this season. To make this happen, we are making sure that the kids have enough practice time throughout the season. Also exploring getting an outside coaching service to run clinics for us through the season (will share more once I have finalized). As a result, I have decided to cut the number of games this year. Each team will be sticking to a 12 game schedule this year, with some games added for bigger teams to accommodate playing time. That being said, a much greater emphasis on development, and less on scores and results. I hope this brings down the temperature a bit as the league has been overwhelmed with player, coach, and spectator misconduct in recent seasons. (I also am trying to keep long travel outside of our schedule too apart from divisional games). But I wanted to let everyone know so there wasn’t sticker shock when the schedule was released.

A few points to know:
1. Players in kindergarten through 3rd grade will be given reversible pinnies at the beginning of the 2025 season. Please DO NOT order a 4 piece kit for any children in this age group.
2. Shooter shirts are an optional item that you may purchase for your child if you’d like, but they are not required for the uniform.
3. The sizing is the same as last year’s uniform.
4. Players will have the option to choose his/her top two number choices. Numbers will be on a first come, first serve basis. If both of the numbers you choose are taken, you will be given an available number from our vendor.
5. You have the option to purchase additional pieces a la carte if you’d like more than one of any part of the uniform. These extra pieces are not paid for by MLC.
6. The store will close on January 15, 2025 to ensure all uniforms are received by the time we begin the 2025 season.
Thank you for taking care of this promptly upon completing your MLC registration.
